At times getting those good quality backlinks from those very important websites that have higher page rankings tend to be difficult, at times we have to be forced to build those larger volume of various likes from websites that have a smaller page rankings. I do believe that Google has began to recognize these changes and has started to assign lower values to these types of links. Lower page ranking links are valuable and necessary to help increase your page rankings. One of the dangers that you might notice when you start getting links that are from the lower PR page, is that there is lots of spam. So make sure that you take in all the caution factors. Watch out on the newer sites especially!
