SEO Design

Search engine optimization designs are a basis for your website.   From the very beginning of setting up your website be sure that you incorporate optimization.  This helps to make search engine optimization increasingly effective compared to trying to squeezing in the optimization parts once you have finished your web site.  If you are designing your website with designs and contents that is going to be strictly HTML and not inquiring any flash, frames, hidden links within your dropdown menus or animations, then it will become very search engine friendly.  Therefore, if your website is very search engine friendly then it will become a lot easier for the indexing with the search engine spiders.

  1. Here are some tips: don’t use Splash Pages: they are like a giant billboard, and not will content all the content you want Google index. Usability: please test your website from some browsers, connections, resolutions, etc. to ensure it works properly for everyone. Balance: Having a balance among text and graphics is crucial both to search engine visibility and conversions.

  2. Seems to me that flash can be used, but since the search engines can't get into the content of the page, the same code can be entered below the flash component. This would have to be in a format that isn't hidden to the SE's, and in a way that is acceptable to the human visitor, tough, but necessary for flash usage.

  3. Further - one major problem with flash is the way flash sites are built by default. The pages don't appear in their own page references, or URI's. Each click often points to the same URI, usually the root, but shows different content. That needs to be fixed for the search engines to sort out the sites content.

  4. I think it's better not to stick mainly with flash types. Content is the main thing which a webmaster or publisher must know. Content builds great traffic or unique visitors, while flash and animations are for extra attractions only. Designing your website is a good thing, but no matter how simple it was...the important are the contents included within your site.
