Meta Descriptions

Another important feature to search engine optimization that you will want to make sure you get correct is the Meta Descriptions.  This gives you the opportunity to be able to emphasize on why and how you want someone to click on your website.  Do not just jam this in with a bunch of keywords.  You want your readers to be encouraged to read it.  You want people to wonder what is beyond what they are reading.  Keeping them on the edge.  Do not annoy your readers give them the truth and excitement.  Grab your readers to want to come and visit your website!

  1. Metatags are very important small code pieces that shows to the browser, or to the search engine, instructions about how to handle your website, like the period between visites from the Google Bot or the Title and Description of your website, that appear in Google when you search something related.

  3. Meta tags are usually used when we submit our site to web directories, article directories, blog directories, social bookmarks, press release directories and blog postings in Blogger, WordPress, etc. Without meta tags, how can we define if what category is the topic we're reading on. As a publisher, this is very important if you want to drive traffic through specific keywords or keyphrases.
